1. What ContentEngine AI is

ContentEngine AI ("we", "the app") helps creators generate short-form video concepts, scripts, hooks, hashtags and posting ideas for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, WhatsApp and LinkedIn. Generated content is a creative starting point — you are responsible for reviewing, editing and publishing it.

2. Accounts and the free trial

You need an account to generate content. Every new account includes a 7-day free trial. When the trial ends, a paid plan is required to keep generating. You must provide accurate sign-up details and keep your login private.

3. Plans and payments

We offer a Monthly plan ($4.99 USD), an Annual plan ($40.99 USD) and a one-time Lifetime pass ($100 USD). Payments are processed securely by Notch Pay by mobile money or card. Plans do not renew automatically: when a paid period ends, we email you reminders and you choose whether to renew. A plan unlocks only after Notch Pay confirms your payment.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app to create content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, misleading, infringing, or that violates the rules of the platforms you publish on. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

5. Your content and our content

Ideas, scripts and notes you save in your library belong to you. The concepts the AI generates for you are yours to use and publish. The app itself — its design, branding and software — belongs to ContentEngine AI.

6. No guaranteed results

We do not promise views, followers, sales or virality. Social platform algorithms change and results depend on your execution. AI output can occasionally be inaccurate or off-tone — always review before publishing.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the app available and improving, but we may change features, prices or these terms. If a change affects your paid plan, we will notify you by email before it applies to you.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, ContentEngine AI is not liable for indirect losses (such as lost revenue or followers) arising from using the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
